Who Is Dr. Kelley?

Denise Kelley, M.D. grew up in sunny southern California. After high school she worked as a hair stylist while attending Orange Coast Community College.  In 1986, she moved to Raleigh, NC and attended Meredith College.  She graduated cum laude with a BS in chemistry in 1989.   For 2 years following college, she worked as an analytical chemist in the exposure assessment division of Research Triangle Institute in Research Triangle Park.  Projects included evaluating PCB exposure in the work place, and lead and pesticide exposure of children in their home. 

 

Dr. Kelley attended Hahnemann University School of Medicine and graduated in 1997.  She began her family practice residency training at Williamsport Hospital, and subsequently transferred here to Lehigh Valley Hospital because of its integrative approach to family medicine. She joined Woodlands Healing Research in 2001.

  

She is board certified in Environmental Medicine by the American Board of Environmental Medicine. She has special interests in woman’s, children’s health care and end-of- life care.
